I started collecting polish pottery after seeing my friend Holly's collection. She taught me that this is not just a "palette of colors for your table" but truly functional sturdy baking and serving dishes. Polish pottery will keep your hot dishes warmer longer and keep your salads chilled and fresh even during the hot days of summer. Clean-up is easy too, since the glazing creates a surface better than silverstone or teflon. After cooking with one piece, I was hopelessly hooked! This became my PASSION, with so many colors and patterns to choose from.
The best part of owning polish pottery is the idea that you can create a vibrant display of glorious colors! Everthing matches in an eclectic sense, so that you do not have to be a slave to one monotonous pattern.

As my passion for pottery grew, I decided to re-invent a portion of my grooming shop (Hair of the Dog) into Polish Pottery Passion. We started with the dog pattern by Wiza, as it resembled my breed of dog-the Mastiff. We now offer Ceramika Artystyczna, Zaklady,Millenia, and Andy.
So while we still have grooming in the back, the retail store in the front is divided into 2 sides. Polish pottery is on one side and gifts for the dog and dog lover is on the other side, along with gourmet home-baked dog cookies from our other business, Jagger's Doggy Deli.
